Cat/kittens go to approved homes only. We reserve the right to refuse
to sell to anyone at any time if we feel it is in the best interest of
our cats.

ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. Read this entire policies page. By adopting a GroovySphynx
cat/kitten, you are stating that you have fully read the policies page
and agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated on it.

2. Fill out our Online Questionnaire and send to us, answer the questions
completely. We will get back to you once we receive
it and let you know if you are approved for adoption or if we have
further questions.

3. Once baby photos are posted saying available, we will begin taking
deposits to reserve the babies. If you see a baby you are interested
in, email us to see if it's still available. If it is, we will send you
a contract to sign and return. We require a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit
to reserve a kitten. If I have not received your deposit in 5 days, the
cat will be available to the next person.

4. Once your deposit it received, the cat will be marked "Reserved".
Kittens must be paid with payment clearing before they can leave for
new homes. All pet kittens will be altered before leaving, no
exceptions. Kittens can usually go their new homes between 12-16 weeks
of age.

NOTICE:
Payments made are non-refundable. Adopting a new pet is a
serious commitment. Please be certain you want the kitten before you
make a payment.

HEALTH:
The health of our kittens are of utmost importance to us. Your kitten
will have received 2 out of 3 sets of vaccinations with the third set
being needed after 16 weeks. It will also receive appropriate
dewormings. We provide a health guarantee on our kittens.

HAIRLESSNESS:
Degrees of hairlessness in Sphynx and Bambino cats can vary from cat to
cat and that no cat is completely hairless. Hormones, climate, and
genetics play an important role in hairlessness and that even though a
Sphynx/Bambino kitten may be almost hairless when sold, it is possible
that above kitten/cat could develop some hair after being
neutered/spayed or as it grows older. It is also impossible to
guarantee that any kitten/cat will not grow some hair at some point in
the future.

PAYMENT:
We accept checks, money orders or cashiers checks for payment however,
payment must clear the bank before the kitten can leave. We accept cash
only at pickup. NO REFUNDS  -  NO EXCEPTIONS

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available. Contact us for more information. Shipping available at the
buyers expense, no refunds on shipping cost after transfer of animal, no exceptions.

BREEDERS:
Placing breeders is something we do not take lightly. Before we will
place a breeder, we want to know more about you, your cattery setup,
breeding program and your ethics. Expect a lot of questions. We decide
on placing breeders on a individual basis. Any breeders placed will
have a first generation kitten restriction on all litters.
